• The above Tour offers the following services

Tour price does not include:-

· Phone calls, laundry, drinks, postage and all other expenses of the personal nature.

· Air fare is not included in Itinerary cost. If operate it will be arranged and charged separately.

Green Meadow Tours & Advertising reserves to cancel the entire tour and their liability will be limited to the full refund of amount received only. No refund will be made for any portion of tour itinerary that has been paid for and not availed by any member.

·  Validity: the prices quoted are valid until December, 31 of  offering year- and prices are subject to revision without any notice.

· Payment procedure: Full payments 48 hours in advance of tour.

· Green Meadow Tours & Advertising or their agent act only in the capacity of agents of the client in all matters pertaining to travels whether to by plane, rail, motorcar, coaches, steamer or any other means of conveyance.

They shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss occasioned by neglect or default of any company or person engage in conveying the tour or any hotel proprietor or other person supplying services or material in connection with the tour or act of the government or authorities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or custom regulation, delay or cancellations.
