One of our objective at a Greener event  is to share good ideas and encourage festival organizers to put these into practice. Activities that embrace the concept of Green. There are various going green activities that will save the environment as well as overall economies of the world. Going green helps in saving the precious limited natural resources to be used diligently and also passing on these resources to the future generations. There are various ways of going green and that begins from home itself. 

Citizens in every community can do many activities to work together and reduce waste. Each of us can make a difference by reducing, reusing, and recycling materials throughout our communities-and encouraging our neighbors to do the same.

1.     On Independence Day, August 14 , show your commitment to a clean environment by volunteering for a cleanup effort in your community.

2.     Organize a recycling drive in your neighborhood or at school. Collect bottles, glass, plastic, newspapers or books and take them for proper dispose off

Travelers create a lot of waste, even with the best intentions. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you can do a few simple things that will reduce your waste, conserve resources, and minimize the overall environmental impact of your visit.

1.     When visiting tourist sites and parks, be sure to take back everything you bring in, so that you can leave places unlettered and undisturbed.

2.     Share the ride and the road. Public transportation and carpooling reduce pollution.
